| Contents: | A part of Japanese Birds of Prey is under the control of The Ministry of Environment of Japan as endangered species (e.g. Golden Eagle, Mountain Hawk-eagle, Peregrine, Goshawk). The species are conserved by the several actions as follows.
The situation of some species is improved by the action. For example, classification of Goshawk was changed in 2006 from Vulnerable species to Near Threatened species in the Japanese Red List. |
